1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Vuba AI website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Vuba AI provides AI-assisted property management software. Features, availability, and pricing may change as the product develops. The Service is currently provided to selected pilot customers and may be subject to additional pilot terms agreed separately.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on any account you create or are granted, and for keeping access credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and must be authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you represent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

All content and software comprising the Service, including the Vuba name and branding, are owned by Vuba AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. You grant Vuba AI the rights necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service, subject to applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vuba AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and should not be solely relied upon for material decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vuba AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
